Shipping & Return Policies

RETURN POLICY

We cannot accept returns/refunds/exchanges on graphic design tops. These are all made-to-order and are not able to be exchanged/returned/refunded. However, if there is an issue within 7 days of delivery, please reach out to us and we can get it corrected! Our email is faithnwestboutique@gmail.com.

All other boutique items are able to be returned and/or exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that all returns will be processed and returned as store credit unless the item arrives damaged. The item must be in the original unused condition with any/all tags intact in order for it to be processed/accepted. If there is any damage to the item once returned, such as makeup stains, rips, tears, etc. you will not receive a store credit. Any returns sent after the 14-day window will not be accepted.

After returning an item, please allow 7-10 business days for processing and adjustment of your store credit. You cannot claim an exchange until the returned item has been received by us. 

Final Sale Items: The following are considered Final Sale items and cannot be returned unless they arrive to you with damages; sale items, bralettes, swim, and jewelry. 

Damages: All products in your order should be fully inspected upon arrival. If your item(s) are delivered with any damages, please notify us within 14 days of receiving it. 

 

SHIPPING POLICY

We currently offer FREE shipping on all US orders!

If you place multiple orders in one day, we will try to package all of the items into one.

If your item gets sent back to us because of a wrong address, customer is responsible for the shipping charges for the order to be sent out again. 

Customer is responsible for all return/exchange shipping costs sent back to the store.

Arrival Time: Please allow up to 2-5 business days to receive tracking. We do not ship orders on Saturdays or Sundays. Order should arrive between 5-10 business days (that aren't graphic designs, other boutique items only) If you are ordering around the Holidays, you may expect some delays in shipment.

FAITH & WEST BOUTIQUE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. Please reach out to the carrier if you are experiencing a lost package issue.
